Abstract Background Accidental falls in elderly represent a major healthcare problem; they are cause of accidental death people above 65 years age. They result both physical and psychological trauma, where fear falling is consequence that leads to vicious cycle makes elderlies more isolated dependent, making them vulnerable falls. Falls multifactorial, dizziness common factor elderlies. Thus, multi-systemic approach essential for the assessment balance functions; it also serves as guide treatment planning, either presence cause-specific pathology or when presbyvestibulopathy sole issue.
